The first wedding of 2022!

After having to postpone over 2 years time due to covid, the couple finally made it to Lake Como to celebrate their love and had the nicest ceremony blessing at the Church of Cadenabbia followed by a boat tour on the lake and some fantastic photos with the bridal party art Villa Del Balbianello, as the rest of the guests went on a different boat to Villa Aura del Lago.

At Villa Aura, the guests were welcomed by an exquisite Italian aperitif.

When the couple arrived they were welcomed with a traditional song. We looove different traditions and absolutely enjoy when couples incorporate their traditions in their wedding day! According to old Armenian tradition, after the ceremony the couple upon arrival of their banquet hall they break a plate for good luck and to keep all evil spirits away.

The reception was held on the terrace right by the lake. Definitely has a fantastic view and the place was even more magical as the roof was covered by fairylights.

They then partied all night long.

Wedding Ceremony

Cadenabbia Church

The ceremony was held at the Church of Cadenabbia , Lake Como. A beautiful Church ceremony. It begun with a Arminian flag ritual followed by a ceremony that lasted one hour. The priest blessed the couple who then exchanged their rings as a symbol of unity.

The best part is when they wore a crown to symbolize their little kingdom.

Wedding Reception

Villa Aura Del Lago

The reception was held on the terrace of Villa Aura del Lago, Lake Como, right by the lake. A gorgeous view and a beautiful set up. Two long wooden imperial tables filled with flowers and candles really gave that rustic/chic feel.

An intimate yet luxurious wedding and of course super fun as they never stopped dancing! :)
