This is the most luxurious venue on Lake Como, a 16th century lakeside villa with dramatic views of the lake and the southern Italian Alps. This 5 star venue has recently been refurnished, creating a fresh environment whilst maintaining an authentic heritage look, keeping its old and historical charm; period features include beautiful frescos and fireplaces. A historic highlight of this venue is the piano of Giocchino Rossini, who wrote the opera Tancredi in 1813; the piano is still placed in the exact same spot where the composer played. The venue allows up to 200 guests and offers 10 suites that accommodate 19 people in total. It is possible to only hold symbolic ceremonies.
