She thought of all the details and made sure that all vendors were coordinated. Even when the forecast called for rain last minute, she had the perfect umbrellas ready for us. Our reception need to be moved indoors, again last minute, and she had already prepared extra decorations to make that dining space in a private villa just as special (maybe even more so!) then if it were outside.
