Villa Cipressi can hold civil or symbolic ceremonies on the lower terrace facing the lake. This venue is perfect for small, intimate weddings and larger parties of up to 80 guests.
To have exclusivity you would need to hire all the rooms for a minimum stay of two nights (24 rooms, 4 junior suites and the bridal suite). It is perfect as all your guests can stay under one roof. Having exclusivity means that you can dance and party after the reception meal until 1 am. If you were not to have exclusivity then the wedding would need to end by 11 pm.

- € 2,000 if followed by lunch/dinner, front lake view terrace
- € 4,000 if only ceremony, in the gazebo area
- € 8,000 if only ceremony, front lake view terrace
Location fees
Rent of pergola and fountain area € 2,500 (usually used for the reception and aperitif)
Rent of Cipressi terrace € 2,500 (usually used for the aperitif with a large group of guests)
Rent of dance floor € 1,000 (an indoor room usually used for dancing)
TOTAL: € 8,000 (front lake view terrace + pergola and fountain area + Cipressi terrace + dance floor)
EXTRA COSTS
€ 300 - A violin for an hour (the cheapest instrument but you can decide to have whatever you like)
€ 900 - Celebrant for a symbolic ceremony
€ 500 - Bistro-lights over the fountain area
€ 2,000 - Ice cream and sorbet cart (service and dedicated staff)
€ 10,000 - starting price for flowers
