It is one of the most requested wedding venues on the lake. As a wedding planner, one of the questions I get asked the most is ‘How much does it cost to get married in Villa Balbianello?'

It is the dream venue for many couples and many of them get disappointed when they think that it will be way too over their budget. There are few options though…so don't give up! For example you can just hold the ceremony there and have the reception elsewhere like a restaurant or a lido rather than having everything at Balbianello.
Just imagine for a second walking down the aisle with such a breathtaking view and beautiful surroundings. Can you picture it? Ok... now think of exchanging your love and vows under the magnificent arches of the villa? Just like a true fairytale. Your dream can come true!
Cost for just a ceremony up to 50 people :
5,124 euro - Hire fee at 4,200 plus 22% VAT
610 euro - Chair hire at 10 euro plus 22% VAT per chair x 50 chairs
585.60 euro - A violin for an hour (the cheapest instrument but you can decide to have whatever you like eg - a string quartet, violin and so on )
300 euro - Celebrant for a symbolic ceremony
TOTAL:
6,919.60 euro
Prices of course vary according to the number of guests but if you are less than 50 then you can have your wedding ceremony any days when the villa is open to the public and therefore without exclusivity which is of course cheaper.
Another option is to hold just an elopement or to have max 10 guests (just your close family)
2,562 euro - Venue hire for 2 hours for max 10 people at 2,100 euro plus VAT.
122 euro - Chair hire at 10 euro plus VAT x 10 guests
585.60 euro - A violin for an hour (the cheapest instrument but you can decide to have whatever you like eg - a string quartet, a violin and so on)

If instead you are more than 50 guests then you would need to hire the venue on a Monday or a Wednesday when it’s closed to the public. This means you will have the entire place for you and your guests.
A ceremony (minimum 2 hours rental):
8,174 euro - Venue hire for 2 hours for more than 50 guests at 6,700 euro plus VAT.
12.20 - Chair hire at 10 euro plus 22% VAT per chair x for the number of guests you have (maximum 80)
A ceremony + aperitif (minimum 3 hours rental):
10,980 - Hire fee for 3 hours for over 50 guests at 9,000 euro plus 22% VAT.
12.20 - Chair hire at 10 euro plus 22% VAT per chair x for the number of guests you have (maximum 80)
A ceremony + Reception (minimum 6 hours rental) Prices vary according to number of guests. You can contact me by email to get a precise quote. Any extra hours after midnight is 2,500 euro plus VAT per hour.
Keep in mind that this venue has a limited selection of suppliers that can work there. I can also advise you the best catering in the area that is allowed to work there.
If a wedding ceremony is over your budget, you can decide to just have a photoshoot. When the villa is open to the public the cost is 300 euro plus VAT and when it's closed to the public it will be 600 euro plus VAT for a maximum of 2 hours.
