A beautiful wedding at Villa Cipressi, Lake Como, wedding gallery on lake Como

Catherine & Mike’s wedding was absolutely beautiful. The ceremony took place in a rustic Italian villa. After the ceremony they were greeted with prosecco and a buffet aperitivo with Italian canapes. The guests then took a nice boat tour to go to the reception venue across the lake. The bride and the groom instead went for a fun speedboat ride. They were welcomed with another aperitivo followed by an evening reception.

Villa Cipressi

A civil ceremony held at Villa Cipressi, a true Italian feel venue. It was held on the lower terrace, facing the lake. On the upper terrace instead, always with a fantastic view, the staff of Cipressi welcomed the couple with two glasses of prosecco followed by lots of Italian canapes. The venue was perfect for romantic photographs.

Wedding Reception

Villa Aura

The stunning Villa Aura, a perfect location for an exclusive and elegant wedding. Round tables scattered around the terrace over the lake with a long rectangular top table. The decorations were simple but very elegant. Tall vases of gypsophilia clouds, silver candelabras, as well as lots of candles and lanterns. After the meal, the cut of the cake was set on a small balcony over the lake. The cake was magnificent, a 3 layer cake with a sugar coated rose. An open buffet of desserts was served along with two hours of open bar. Guests danced in the villa, an elegant indoor space with large chandeliers, painted ceilings and the best spot for the DJ to set up and play their favorite songs.
