It is perfect as all your guests can stay under one roof.
Having exclusivity means that you can dance and party after the reception meal until 1 am.
If you were not to have exclusivity then the wedding would need to end by 11pm. It is perfect for small, intimate weddings and larger parties up to 60/80 guests.
